  : I liked that the person met me in the property and showed me around.
  : Me and my friends got accidentally locked out when we left the key in the apartment. The apartment door is self locking which meant we couldn’t get back in. I called the emergency number I was given but no one was able to help me locate the spare key. We were provided with a temporary apartment which we had to get a 20 min taxi to. Once there, the keys were not working so we were left outside in the cold. I repeatedly called the emergency number and was promised over and over again that someone would call me back. No one called me back and then I was on hold for 30 min every time I tried to call back. We ended with no help outside in the cold for 6 hours. At 6:30am I managed to get hold of a customer service representative based in France who said that her colleagues hadn’t picked up the phone to me because they didn’t have any answers and said they were scared of me. The woman on the phone managed to find out where the spare key was in the end and it turned out to be a 2 min walk from the original property. How can no one at the customer service emergency phone line not know where the spare key is? Someone getting locked out of their accommodation must happen all the time. We received no help or support and had to spend our own money on taxis all over London to try and find the spare accommodation which turned out to not have a functional key. We were left in the cold with no one calling us back to try to help. I want some sort of explanation and compensation for this. The whole weekend was ruined due to the fact that we had no sleep and we’re left in the cold with no support or help from you.

  : Spacious living/dining/kitchen area - nice place to cook meals while enjoying the company of friends or family.Comfortable beds.Quiet location.Overall the apartament is spacious and would make a great place to spend time, with easy access to central London if it wasn't for all the negative aspects mentioned above.For the price we paid per night I would expect a cleaner, tidier and more welcoming accommodation.
  : Old and broken furniture : we found one of the cupboard doors detached, chipped dinning table top, broken dining table chair ( unsafe to use), bedroom nightstand glass top had one of the corners cracked ( unsafe to use).A lot of personal items in the living room and master bedroom - it looked like someone left in a hurry and forgot or didn't had time to pack everything.A huge ornamental cactus made of ratan and metal in the living room- very unstable and unsafe especially if traveling with children ( it had fallen down a couples of time and we had to move it in the bedroom because of our 3 years old).Dirty windows.The main bathroom doesn't have a toilet ( just sink and bathtub).No glasses available in the kitchen.The master bedroom and the living/ dining area left the impression we were invading someone's private space.

  : Location was perfect next to the Train Station, supermarkets coffee shop etc
  : Flat needs updating, toilet and bathroom need modernization. Furniture a bit tired and worn.
