Policies

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 50 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for £84 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform 45 Park Lane - Dorchester Collection in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the property will pre-authorise an amount of GBP 250 on the credit card at the time of booking.

Please note that early check-in and late check-out can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that a 5% discretionary service charge will be added to your room bill upon departure."
