: Location, beds comfortable, bathroom was a good size but no hot water one night. Close to tube station and major attractions. Easy to find and easy access.
: Not enough hot water one night and another roll of toilet paper would have been nice. Some cups were stained and microwave was dirty. Small kitchen area with lack of table space in 5th floor apartment. Small elevator.

: Location excellent for tube stations, walking to Tower Bridge. Door keypad excellent for husband & I to go out and son & girlfriend to come & go separately. Bed very comfy. Kitchen although small was enough to make coffee & tea, toast, and keep fruit & sandwich fixings so we didnt have to eat out for breakfast & lunch everyday. Shower is small but hot water was great. Nice to have a comfy couch to relax on after a long day of walking. Also loved the washer/dryer for a 13 day stay, and the ironing board & iron for our formal university graduation that we attended.
: Could have provided more than 5 rolls of toilet paper for 13 nights for 4 people. We had to buy some. Also needed more than 3 garbage bags. Another set of towels would have been nice so we just used the washing machine to wash them during our stay. The construction noise outside the bedroom was pretty loud most days but it wasnt constant.
