  : The location is excellent - close to the tube station, shops and Kensington Park. Nice restaurants in the lane close by. Air conditioning good and handy to have a washing machine machine plus Nespresso machine. Despite the construction going on behind it we found our room nice and quiet.
  : The lift wasnt working. We had been warned but our room was nearly on the top floor and it was a bit of a struggle with our bags.Room was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures but still fine. View is off the back of buildings with some construction going on but was quiet enough.

  : Location is fantastic - just around the corner from High St in Kensington, and a 5 min walk from High St Kensington tube station. Very safe area. Apartment was nice - clean and comfy.
  : Lift was out of order so had to carry 5 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

  : The location was very good, lots of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and buses and trains. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great. It was very nice to have a loungeroom and table to eat breakfast at.
  : Unfortunately the 3 bedroom room we booked was not available at the last minute due to a leak. They sent us to another property in Chelsea instead that was awful (the main bed didn't even fit 2 people in it, it was a large single, not even a small double), so after 1 night, they managed to move us back to a 2 bedroom room in Kensington. The property looked lovely, but was quite small, hard to even open a suitcase in the bedrooms. It was also extremely hot. The air conditioning is managed centrally, you can't control it. But after messaging multiple times, they did get a maintenance person out the next day and there was obviously a problem with the whole building as even walking in the front door was stifling. There were a lot of little things that needed fixing - the tap in the bathroom just fell off the wall if you touched it, the heated towel rail in the main bathroom couldn't be turned off and made the room very hot, the tap in the kitchen was very wobbly and spun around in your hand when trying to adjust the temperature. We tried using the washing machine, it would start, but then just stop after a few minutes with an error. More attention to maintenance is required. Also the lift wasn't working.

  : I liked the location.
  : There were several deficiencies when we arrived. I had to contact the manager to get fixed what needed to be fixed. I kept sending messages with more problems as we came across them. The manager did react quickly to fix most deficiencies, but they should have had a procedure in place to ensure that these never happened. As a short term tenants we should not have had to spend vacation time ensuring that the unit was brought up to the standard it was rented on. We ended up spending a few hours trying to deal with the communication of deficiencies and trying to find ways around some things that were not fixed. Some thing were just broken or not working at all and never fixed. Eg the blinds and curtains. We needed up finding ways to close them the best we could because we had a ground and below ground unit and although we didnt want to we just left them closed for our whole one week stay. The deficiencies included some very basic things like . no hot water, curtains and blinds that not be opened or closed, no plug for the bath tub, no drying rack for clothes though there was a washing machine, no detergent for the washing machine, no instructions as to what buttons needed to be turned on in order for the stove top to work and for other appliances as well, no instructions for anything, no directions as to how to get to the advertised roof terrace. It seemed like a unit no one cared about. I must say that the linens were good and the place was clean even if the carpet were a bit doggy and the furniture sparse. Most of the floors were wood. Once we figure out how to get to the Terrance we could not lift up the door. We were not sure if it was broken or if we just were not strong enough or if there was some special way to do this that we hadnt been told about. Basically this was our first and probably last use of Capital management if this is an example of how they look after their properties and their guests.

There was no attempt to fix it, it was very hot to stay in the apartment, very disappointing experience, I tried to call and leave a phone message, no one picked up our calls or replied to our message. It took 3 days to get a reply to our email but by that time we were leaving the apartment.
