  : dirty, stains on carpet, sofa, dining chairs. didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all floor and carpet had lots of debris. the toilet did not flush, had to take the front plate off to get to the flush. sofa bed torn.

  : We stayed at these apartments on 20/4/2022. En route to London Capital Host contacted me and told me they had changed apartments for us. The new apartment photos looked fine. When we arrived at the apartment it had an odd layout. It was very sparsely supplied. 1/2 a toilet roll, no bin bags, dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid. Barely enough cutlery. In one drawer was a microphone, which I thought might be fun for a sing song. I plugged it in and received a massive electric shock, which threw me back towards the table. All the lights went out. We managed to get the lights back and cooked our supper. We put the food on the table and sat on the chair, unaware that 3 of the chairs were broken and the legs were not screwed into the base. One of the party fell to the floor. We managed a meal and cleared up and got ready for bed. 2 of the party were on a sofa bed in the kitchen/lounge/dining room. When they pulled the bed out the bottom frame/legs were broken and would not stand up. We managed to wedge a bedroom chair underneath it. When they pulled the mattress out there was a huge circular red stain in the centre of the mattress ? Blood ? Red wine. It was absolutely disgusting but it was too late at night to find alternative accommodation. I put a sheet and a duvet in a cover on top of it, so at least they were sleeping on something clean. The banister going down the stairs was very shaky and unsafe. In one of the bedrooms was a large piano ?? Why I opened the freezer and found a plastic cup of frozen coffee inside, which made us feel that the freezer had not been checked or cleaned. The photos of the apartment do not truly represent the reality. I am contacting you because I want to make you aware of how unsafe this property is. We came out unscathed but could have been seriously hurt. I will never book anything through Capital Host again. I would be grateful for a reply on what was a dangerous, disgusting property

  : Location was good
  : On arrival, little and food was on the floor and up the stairs to the apartment. The key was not in the lock box. When finally getting hold of host she said it was in there and there was nothing she could do if it wasn't and that she would cancel the booking. I continued to insist we had small children and that this was not acceptable. She passed us onto another person/host who said she would contact the site manager. Finally an hour later she said the cleaner had it and it would be put in the box on return from our theatre. A very stressful and disappointing experience with very scared children.

When I questioned the young girl in the office (who came across as rude) she said I must have been using the wrong number, this is what I had been given via email to them be told oh the other girl has the work phone but is off ,
