: The room was right by the train tracks which came every few minutes so it was very noisy. Also the room was very dirty, especially the bath. The mini fridge appeared to be broken and leaked over the floor which got some of our clothes wet. Although we did not need it, the TV also did not work.

: The room they provide us bed was dirty linen with blood on the pillow.Broken tea table.Bathroom was stinking and bad smell f**'There's nothing else in the room.I asked to the manager this is not the room I had paid to book for three nights. All amity showing in booking.com is nothing in the room. And room is very bad condition how can we stay. Please change our room.He replied sorry we can't we don't have any room to give you.I asked him to refund my money we can't stay in this room he said we will return to tomorrow.I left the hotel with out stayed but still neither my money returned back nor any call from them.I tried to call the hotel but they block my number.Booking.com will you please help me to get my money that I paid with out stayed that I booked for.

: Disappointed, mould in shower, broken sockets / lights, absolutely no hot water for the shower, toilet leaked on to the floor. No one was on reception when I left in the morning to raise my concerns. I messaged the hotel but no one has responded to me
