: The hotel staff were fairly pleasant when explaining the payment fee for card. The bed is extremely comfortable and due to the size of room no chance of falling out when rolling over. The location is excellent for Pimlico station and a lovely walk from Victoria Station for those who want to avoid the tube. Overall I would stay again but I would specify a larger room for more space (and pay the extra). The hotel was excellent value for money (pre card fee it cost me 70.20 for two weeknights. Post card fee 73.20 so still super reasonable.)
: The small single room is about the size of a closet, It is exactly what I paid for however. there is no towel with the room. The hotel charges a 3 card payment fee so if you are staying here you would be better paying cash.

: Lovely from outside inside not a pleasant smell, the room was smelling of mould marks on walls rust mould everywhere, toilet smoke alarm hanging off, mould all around shower, no towels in room tea bags coffee ext, the place later was smelling of cannabis.

: Location was the only good thing about this hotel. Customer service is non existent. The person at the front desk was unresponsive, rude and incompetent. The hotel is very run down. This hotel should be closed.
: The hallway smelled like sewer. Nothing work inside of the room: the TV remote control wasn't working, hair drier wasn't working. Window latch wasn't working and because of that didn't completely close creating a big draft. THERE WAS NO HEAT in the room!!
