: 1) check in/ check out procedure is really complicated 2) noise from construction next door and sainsbury noise right under the apartment3) Place was very untidy during checking4) Furniture and kitchen are old and inconvenient. 5) Windows have no insulation, noise can be heard clearly6) Bathroom was very untidy and the shower head cap was broken, had trouble taking a shower on a daily basis, also no non-slip mat for the shower tub. 7) Customer service was very complicated to contact8) No air conditioning(only fans), if youre checking in a hot day, good luck

: it was spacious and great location
: I dont believe the apartment has had a good clean in months! The plughole in the main bathroom was nothing short of disgusting, I covered the whole thing with a towel and it stayed there. The other bathroom had cupboard doors which were not fitted properly and had a dark hole behind, which terrified my 6 & 7 year olds!The toilets dont flush properly as it seems the water pressure is awful.

: Location was good. It was a short walk to where we were working. beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water.

The apartment was filthy on arrival and had clearly not been cleaned, Out of date food in the fridge, a dirty microwave, kitchen floor tiles broken and cracked, shower head held in place with sellotape, a collapsing bookcase, wardrobe doors that were falling off, a large window that didn't shut so the place was unbelievably noisy and a burned out plug socket not marked as dangerous to use. There was no WiFi on arrival and the television didn't work to receive live tv channels the whole time we were there. The cleaners were sent in whilst we were there to do a superficial job and WiFi was provided by day 4 of 10. The management company did their best but the work required to bring this property up to the advertised standard could only be achieved if the property was empty.
