A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am to 9pm
Outside of these hours, please arrange check-in times in advance.
Keys will be given from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00. Luggage can be stored for arrivals before 16:00 until the apartment is ready.
Please note that guests are responsible for keys during their stay, should you be locked out outside of office hours there will be a GBP 50 call-out charge.
Please note there is no lift at the property, however a luggage assistance can be provided during office hours.
