WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Adults stay for £30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that guests under 18 years are not allowed in CLUB ROOMS for the health and safety reasons.

At check-in debit or credit card will be pre-authorised with GBP 100 for the first night, plus GBP 25 for the remaining nights to cover any possible incidentals, Monday to Friday.

Saturday and Sunday, at check-in, your debit or credit card will be pre-authorised with GBP 200 for the first night, plus GBP 25 for the remaining nights to cover any possible incidentals."

The pre-authorisation will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorised amounts may take up to 14 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Please note that for advance purchase bookings the card holder has to be present upon check in.

Due to a limited number of extra beds available, guests are kindly asked to contact the hotel directly if an extra bed is needed.
