A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
The lead guest must be over 18 years of age. Please note that copies of IDs will be required for all guests. These can be emailed or faxed to the property. IDs are required before keys can be released. A free taxi service is provided for bookings of 7 or more nights. Guests are responsible for carrying luggage into and out of the property. To obtain the free taxi, guests must notify the property of arrival times of any flight into the relevant London airport at least 2 weeks prior arrival, if this is not adhered to then an administration charge of GBP 30 may apply. For last-minute bookings, a 24-hour notice is normally required. Any extra charge that might apply is payable by the guest directly to the driver. A greeter will meet guests upon arrival at the property to pass the keys. There is a GBP 50 charge for loss of any key payable from the valid credit card as per the deposit policy. Different policies may apply for groups larger than 4 people. A surcharge of GBP 40 applies for arrivals and departures outside check-in hours.
