  : the area - daughters car was outside flat and her car window was smashed in the night and numerous items stolen. her car alarm wouldve gone off but who could tell with all the other sirens blasting all night long.

  : Size of the flat was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean enough.
  : 1. Key pick up was awful. It was pouring with rain, we had bags (I am recovering from a broken shoulder) and had to collect the keys from a mini market way down the street. 2. There was no hairdryer on arrival as per description on booking.com. When we phoned the managing agent, we ended up being on the phone for over half an hour trying to sort this out. It was even suggested that we get on a bus to the local Argos 15 minutes away to buy one and oh maybe we would get a refund to the value of 20. Eventually after waiting on the phone over 30 mins we hung up waiting on the agent to transfer us to a supervisor. Someone eventually called back and seemed a bit unhappy we hung up but eventually someone did bring us a hairdryer to the property. 3. Utilities weren't that great and kitchen cupboard does didn't stay up on their own which meant having to hold it up with my head (due to recovering from a broken shoulder) whilst trying to get something out the cupboard. 4. Booking.com & Houst send about 4 emails per day even during the night for days leading up to, during and at the end of your stay. This is so irritating.
