: Easy to check in and check out.
: There was no elevator and there was no indication during the booking process that the flat was 4 floors high in a large apartment complex. I made this booking for my parents who are in their 70s. Walking up four flighta of stairs each time they came back to the flat was difficult for them, to the extent that they would never stay here again.The freestanding fans in the apartment were of terrible quality. When my partners arrived the flat was incredibly hot because it's 4 stories high in the building and the windows were closed. We had to open all the windows *and* the door to the flat to cool it down which took over an hour.

: The flat was a great size (over two floors) and had all kitchen amenities. The price using Genius from Booking.com was very reasonable.
: The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off for hours and hours which was deafening. It was hard to reach staff initially and then I was passed from pillar to post for hours with no one taking ownership and actively trying to fix the issue. Staff were seemingly unable to get anyone to attend the property to assist until after 11pm at night. It was shambolic in its levels of incompetence. Additionally, on another evening a man entered my flat at 10pm at night because staff had given him a master key. That was truly terrifying. There is no internal lock on the front door. I had to barricade the front door with the dustbin and my luggage and did not feel that I or my belongings were safe after that. You do hear noise from other flats - and road noise.
