  : It was very disappointing. The entrance was messy. The room was shabby and bed linen looked unclean. The shower was filthy. There were lots of pieces falling apart and the furniture was in terrible repair.

  : I liked that the room was bright and airy.
  : The location was good in terms of kings cross and tube stations however, the road was incredibly loud. The constant sirens and road works would keep us awake.The bathroom was horrendous, absolutely tiny and reminded us of a prison. The tile into the bathroom was broken so couldnt stand on it, the shower would constantly change temperature from freezing to boiling and there was no room to move. The shower door had no handle on it and the doors wouldnt close. No soap was supplied, only shower gel. Not to mention the towels supplied, they were minuscule and only for our bodies. No hand towels were supplied making us wonder if they themselves wash their hands seeing as no soap or towels were supplied.One night we got back to our hotel room to find the key box open through the use of the code we were given. This had occured within the 4 hours we were gone and this was a evening/night time so this made us very wary as no staff were to be seen that day. Thankfully we had the key with us.When we arrived in London, we went to the hotel and check in isnt until 2pm so we wondered if we could leave our luggage and explore beforehand as we were early. We were informed that we could call so we tried and yet no one answered.The rooms advertised on here look nothing like what the rooms really looked like so this definitely needs updating. The beds were highly unstable, one wrong move and you wouldve been on the floor, making the little sleep we could get, uncomfortable.As you walk into the hotel, you get hit with a strong smell of weed and the stairs are highly inaccessible leading up to the bedrooms as they were windy, steep and incredibly narrow so your foot couldnt really fit on each step. Throughout our stay there were no cleaners seen or present as our room was filthy and we had to use a carrier bag for our rubbish. Another issue was that one of the windows would not stay open, it would slide down immediately which isnt ideal with 27 degree heat.

  : shower didnt work at all in our room so had to use the shared bathroom with has a damp and ant problem, felt dirtier after the shower. there was dust caked on the carpet and had to wedge the window open with stuff from the room to get some fresh air. no point at all paying for room with bathroom just to have to use the shared one anyway. so disappointed and nearly came home from our trip early because getting continuous bad nights sleep and no showers was ruining our time there. no compensation was offered either. also person in room next to us was clearly smoking 24/7 in the room and nothing was done about it
