: A real gem of a place, clean and comfortable. Great central location near the Tate Britain, with lots of shops and food options. Very friendly and professional service, the flat was perfect for our group, would recommend highly.

: Lovely lady handing over the keys and showing you to the property
: The apartment smells musty and damp as soon as you walk in. The second bathroom in the 3rd bedroom is only usable by people under 5'2" or children. It was completely unusable to us as a family. The sofas were stained and dirty. We had no WIFI due to an unpaid bill by the owner for the duration of our stay. In turn this meant that there was no TV either. The smoke alarm outside the two bedrooms was low on battery and therefore kept us awake throughout our stay with its piercing reminder of needing attention. Note the ceilings are unreachable without a ladder of some sort so we were unable to even rectify this ourselves. The bedside lamp in one of the main bedrooms did not work (someone else had complained about this as well on this platform) and the main light switch was behind the door, so it made for a precarious walk to the bed in the dark. All in all this apartment was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The owner did offer us £50 compensation, but as we had paid over 8 times that amount for the 2 night stay, it felt more like an insult and has been refused. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

: The bedrooms were great for a group of 4 (one couple). Really friendly when we picked up the keys and self checkout which was good. Area was central and close to the theatre where we were going.
: There was an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and the main bathroom had a bath with a shower head only there was nowhere to hang it. This meant we needed to all take turns in the ensuite if we didn't want a bath. Not a big deal, but adding a mount for the shower head in the main bathroom would be great.

: Location and layout was great, nice alternative to hotels
: the main bathroom has a sower head but its not positioned on the wall so difficult to use and the other shower is tiny and I couldn't get it to work
