A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of:

- Between 22:00 and 00:00: GBP 30
- Between 00:00 and 07:00: GBP 50

Additional cleaning and linen during your stay is possible by request and an additional fee will apply.

Lost keys will result in a GBP 50 fee for each set lost.
