Known as London’s first “gin hotel,” it features three boutique rooms situated above several lively bars, including the Spanish-inspired GinTonica and the intimate Resting Room, where barrel-aged cocktails are poured straight from the casks.

Guests can explore The Ginstitute, a hands-on gin-making class housed in the basement, and learn about the history of this spirit while creating custom blends.
