Policies

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 45 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for £10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for £40 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 4 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for £10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for £40 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Breakfast is only included for extra guests when they have paid for an extra bed. Extra beds cost an additional GBP 40 per person per night.

Families are welcome at The Rembrandt, and children aged 4 or under stay for free when sharing with two adults. For families of three, a number of rooms can either accommodate a roll-away bed or a sofa bed. Guests must notify the hotel at time of booking through Special Requests exactly how many adults and children will be in each room. Please be advised that the hotel cannot always guarantee a room if they are not made aware in advance that there will be 3 people in 1 room.

If you have reserved a rate that requires a deposit, for your security, the credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check in. If the guest does not have access to that credit card, they must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. i.e. Passport or photo driving licence, a copy of which will be retained by the hotel.

Please note that the Health Club is now open to hotel guests at a discounted rate. Normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 - 22:00 and Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 20:00. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing. Children are welcome to use the pool all day Saturday and Sunday, and from 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. Please note, there are different opening times over the Christmas period: December 24th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th & 31st, 08:00 – 16:00. Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day: Closed. January 2nd & 3rd, 10:00 – 18:00.
