  : The room itself was spacious and had plenty of useful amenities including a high-pressure shower, two comfortable beds, and a television with lots of channels. There was also a fully stocked mini fridge with contents free of charge for us to consume, which was an added bonus. The bathroom was clean, adequately sized, and fully stocked throughout our stay.The location of the hotel was excellent. We attended a gig in Hyde Park and were able to safely get there and back without needing to beat the crowds to get a tube (it was only a 5-minute walk away). The hotel is also conveniently situated around the corner from Marble Arch Tube Station which was a great way for my mother and me to quickly access the rest of London.

  : we were moved to Marble Arch as Lancaster Gate closed. staff had attitudes, rubbish complimentary toiletries, breakfast was awful, coffee machines not working properly, stewed coffee from staff, no atmosphere, wouldn’t stay again. staff in the hotel opposite looked far more professional and happy in their work

  : The room and the facilities were OK, they were what I expected and nothing out of the ordinary. The location for our venue we attended was very good as we were in Hyde Park. The reception staff were all very polite when checking in and out.
  : Not worth going for a drink in the hotel bar, manned by one person who severed everyone else and totally ignored us and he was the one who requested us to take a seat and he would take our order. It is not nice seeing people come in after you and being servers more than once before having to go to the bar and make a statement and finally getting a drink.
