: Location was very good, had access to everything you'd ever need and walking distance to the center of Soho. The night life was very loud, even on a Wednesday night but that was to be expected and prewarned in the description.It was nice that they provided tea and coffee, and also towels we appreciated that!
: When we arrived, there was portable heaters in every room on max and the property was COOKED. Genuinely around 27 degrees it was so hot, thank you for warming the place up but that was excessive, we had to open all windows to cool it back down. Maybe not put them on max.All three tvs, living room, and both bedrooms - none of them had signal so we couldnt use them at all which was a dissapointment on our return after a long dayShower was absolutely terrible, it trickled out and fluctuated from dangerously scolding hot to ice cold every 15 seconds, so washing was extremely hard for the four of us. Had to get under the water for 10 seconds and leap out as it got extremely hot/cold and wait again. Proper dissapointment.The first front door needs the latch repairing, it's hanging on by a thread.We noticed there was no smoke alarms in any of the rooms? You definitely need them in there when you have portable oil room heaters running on full chat for hours. Matress were quite uncomfortable, felt every pop and bang of the springs with each turn, but not too bad that we couldn't sleep.The finish of the property is in desperate need of a refresh, door framing without paint, mould stains on the ceiling and walls,

: Very spacious and clean.
: None of the Wi-Fi options were working. There were a lot of rules and instructions to follow. I was a solo female traveler from a different country staying for just one night, my flight was cancelled the next day, and I needed an hour or so to stay after check out to figure out a solution and the hosts said no without any understanding.

: I love Soho and this is in the heart of it! Huge big rooms and lots of windows looking out at the surrounding streets. Good soundproofing though if you did want an early night.
