  : we arrived to no bed linen and towels, we sent numerous messages, phone calls and photos but nothing was done about it. we ended up sleeping on beds with no linen and showered with no towels the following morning. linen was eventually provided 24 hrs later.

  : It was not like the pictures on Booking.com. The sofa and chair was dirty, smelly and the buttons were coming off. The throw pillows were dirty! The steps going up into the apartment had mold on them. The bathroom smelled terrible and there was mold on the bottom walls. The toilet and bathtub was not clean. The shower curtain very dirty. The whole apartment had a terrible odor to it! There were flies everywhere on the outside and very smelly!
